Warranty
We guarantee all our products to be free of defects in workmanship and material
for 365 days, unless otherwise specified, after sale to the customer. We will
replace or repair, at our option providing there is no evidence of customer
misuse, or alteration. Should we be unable to repair or replace the product
within a reasonable amount of time, a refund of the purchase price less S &
H charge will be made.
How to obtain
factory service
1.Original
purchaser must fill out a warranty card which is enclosed in the package,
except some minor parts may not have the card, and mail it to the address noted
on the card.(In case the warranty card is not included in the package even
though it is not a minor part, you should keep the original invoice.)
Pack the unit
carefully and safely with the original packaging materials showing RMA #
and send it prepaid by insured parcel post to the factory address noted on
the warranty page of the USER'S INSTRUCTION or call for address.
If the unit is
returned within the warranty period, please include a proof of purchase
and a check of the amount described in the USER'S INSTRUCTION (or call for
the amount) to cover the cost of return postage and handling. If the unit
is out of warranty, an estimate of the repair cost and return postage and
handling cost will be sent for advance approval.
Return and
Refund Policy
We offer a 30day money back
guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase of a product, please email us for a Return Material Authorization
(RMA) request within 30 calendar days of purchase. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we
will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of
payment. The product must be returned to the warehouse within 14 calendar days
of the issuance of the RMA. Please place this
number on the SHIPPING LABEL ONLY. All
products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any
accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the
product. A 15% open box restocking fee will be assessed on any opened hardware
or accessory.
Under no circumstances will
returns be accepted if the original package is not maintained and if the
original receipt/invoice is not enclosed. This return policy will not apply to
defects or damage resulting from; improper or inadequate maintenance or neglect
by customer; customer-supplied parts; unauthorized modification or misuse;
operation outside of the environmental specifications for the products;
improper site preparation and maintenance; product which have been modified or
incorporated into other products; use of other companies'
parts or accessories, either new or re-manufactured.
Limitation of Liability Sens Corp shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Sens Corp has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors In the event that a Sens Corp product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Sens Corp reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Sens Corp reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Sens Corp shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Sens Corp without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Miscellaneous Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods.
